A great first rental experience! This was my first time ever renting a car and I showed up without a reservation ( dont do it 🤣) on the busiest day. There was so much going on. I was greeted so warmly by Jordan who immediately took the time to understand my situation. Then Steve Whitaker helped me rent this wonderful Tacoma not only did he make sure I had everything I needed before I left the lot with my gorgeous rental but he always answered my emails and helped through the drop off process at a different location! They are really wonderful here, I highly recommend!! If you don't have a reservation then have a lot of patience cause this location is busy and we need to treat customer service people better!! 😊🙏

Had a really great experience with renting a vehicle. It’s been a long time since I’ve rented a car but they made it so painless and easy I would definitely go back again. Jordan checked me in and she was super upbeat and nice and gave me options on which car I wanted and also gave me discounts since they had some errors on their end. And when I brought the vehicle back Taylor was super helpful and made dropping the car off such a breeze. I will definitely be renting my car from them again!

Came last minute before labor day and got so welcomed by Jordan. She did an amazing job explaining me everything and getting me exactly what i needed. She went above and beyond. Really happy with my rental at this place!

Enterprise usually has great vehicle rentals and that is better with good staff.
The car itself was fine, but when my friend tried to rent a car for a month, they wouldn't give him documentation showing the cost for a whole month, only for one day. Then they charged him for optional insurance that he didn't want, and when he tried to talk to them calmly about it, the manager called the police. Very unprofessional; it seems like they are trying to take advantage of the fact that English is his second language. It's dishonest not to give people printed documentation when they want to review what the charges will be, and then refuse to work something out afterwards.
Update: I followed the directions in the response, but the branch manager never called me. When I finally got a hold of her, she insisted all charges are final and refused to do anything.
Jordan was amazing!! We had a reservation with another company in town and needed a specific car and they did not have it. Enterprise and Jordan were able to get us the car we needed and for a decent price. She was amazing and deserves a raise!!
